Mint – 50g

Verbena is a plant from the Verbenaceae family. There are about 250 species. It is also called clary sage or Common Vervain- V. officialis and the most common one is V. supina. Bushy plant with an intense lemon flavor. Its leaves and flowers create an excellent beverage. In the kitchen it is not used very often except in soups.






Thyme – 60g
Its dry leaves are mostly used. They have a brown-green color same with the flowers. In cooking it is used to season a big variety of meals like fish, meat, sauces, soup, vegetables, salads, fresh tomatoes, in pasta, cheese, eggs even in butter. The consumption of its essential oil in combination with alcohol should be avoided because it increases its absorbency and can be dangerous.
